Sanitarium Weet-Bix for Kids

Have you ever considered buying kid’s foods for adults to eat as they have less additives?

I recently came across Weet-Bix for Kids once my little Juliet started eating solids. After a closer look, I noticed that the adult version contains salt which isn’t in the kids’ version. I never really understood why salt needed to be added to an adult breakfast cereal. It just doesn’t make sense to me. And whilst I’m not altogether happy either one contains sugar, at least it’s raw sugar, so I let it slide.

In our family, we’ve all started eating Weet-Bix for Kids for breakfast. It saves money, as you only buy the one product rather than kids and adult version. It’s better for the environment as we create less wasteful packaging, and it doesn’t contain extra ingredients that we don’t actually need in our breakfast cereals. Plus it tastes great! Hubby likes to add a shot of espresso ☕️ in his for some added kick – lol.

I’ve listed the ingredients below for both the adult and kids versions of Weet-Bix for your reference.

So our recommendation for one option for breakfast is:
