Meditation is a huge part of my life. I could talk about it for days.
The benefits are countless and without it i could never accomplish all the things in my day to day. I miss it when I don’t do it. For me I am more centered, peaceful, focused, reflective and grateful after each session. I feel I can take on anything with poise and grace, rather than my innate stressed out and frantic disposition. And I only do it for 10 minutes.
